Leno's experience stems from his close and early involvement (since 1976) with the Western Australian mining industry and spans over 25 years in the related fields of hydraulic and mechanical engineering. He has developed a high level of professionalism during this time whilst holding positions of Engineer, Mechanical Fitter and Project Manager.

Leno has also had extensive experience in the allied fields of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Marine Construction and has been involved in jetty and marina maintenance since 1991. He has also been involved with manufacture, assembly onsite and engineering design. Leno manages projects from all aspects, but not limited to, manufacturing, assembly, traffic management, on site work/supervision and ensuring safety, liaison with relevant authority's or pen holders to ensure the project is on time and assembly on site is to the highest of standards.

Kevin is a key employee and has been with EWS since 1998. He has brought to the company an extensive knowledge of the marine biological, fisheries research and aquaculture industries. This knowledge combined with the engineering and mechanical expertise of Leno Cilia provides a comprehensive service for the successful completion of potentially sensitive marine environment projects.

In addition to the development of skills through employment with EWS, Kevin has gained extensive aquaculture and general marine experience. Kevin is also involved with internal quality control of manufacture and assembly works, engineering and drafting.

Mason's experience stems from his close involvement (since 2001) with the Taiwan civil and construction industry and spans over five (5) years in the related fields of civil and construction engineering. He has developed a good level of professionalism during this time whilst holding positions of Senior Engineer, Research Assistant and Site Project Manager. Mason's role at EWS is pile design.

Lucas has been with EWS since 2000 as a Project Manager. Lucas's experience stems from his close and early involvement in the marine and mining industry. Being involved in many major projects with experience and qualifications as a mechanical fitter, commercial skipper, pile driving barge operator, advanced scuba diver, master class 5, electronics systems in boating and motoring applications and audio technician.

Mary has been with the firm as an Internal Accountant from company inception carrying out an audit of our company accounts each month end before completing our Financial Reports with a full company audit each financial year. Mary also holds qualifications to carry out duties as our Network Administrator when required and as a Justice of the Peace can certify documents etc.

Nyree has been with the company since 2003 and is the contact person for preliminary design of private jetties and is responsible for all our imports from Poralu Marine Jetty Systems and Sunstream Hydraulic Boat Lifts and handles all the logistical work required to get all products from our warehouse to job sites and customers.

All staff are fully qualified and include tradespeople, barge skippers, trade apprentices in engineering - mechanical and engineering - welding/fabrication.
